i want to lose 10 or more pounds in 2 months i would like to know what kind of foods would be good for this???
Answers:
It really depends on your lifestyle, but in general make sure to have earlier dinners as your body tends not to digest well food later at night. If you don't excercise much, try cutting out the carbs. Adding more small meals are usually better than skipping meals.
