If I use 3lbs weights everyday, how long will I have to see the results, if any?!


Question:

If I use 3lbs weights everyday, how long will I have to see the results, if any?

meaning each dumb bell is 3lbs.

How many reps should I do?

I also have this Pilate rubber thing, what the hell am I suppose to use this for and what does it do? Its like got Velcro cuffs to use on ankles or arms and like a stretchy rubber band connecting them. Which one should I do first?

helyna is right start with 10-15 lb weights and then eventually if you can become committed enough work up to at least 25 or 30 lb weights for curling. and then you will really see progress and it will be easier to lift more and more as well as heavier and heavier after a few months. start with push ups situps lat workouts and bicep curls for best results then move to pilates and other exercises for toning.
