Question: Losing 20 lbs and toning my tummy during the summer!?
Alright, so I have 10 weeks of summer vacation from school!. I want to lose around 20 lbs, and tone my tummy!. I can't go jogging or running OUTSIDE because it gets too hot, and my mother doesn't want me out in the heat for too long!. I am 16 by the way!. And what are some good tips for losing the weight!? And for toning my tummy!? Also, is my goal too high!? I heard it was safe to lose around 2-3 lbs per week, so that is what I based my goal on!. I am willing to cut off fast food, junk food, and sweet food!. Also, I started drinking green tea!. Any feedback please!? Thanks! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best Summer diet would be SWIMMING!. it will tone your tummy AND it helps you with hand-eye coordination AND you'll lose like 60 lb if you do it frequently!. if you drink green tea, by the way, make sure you use natural green tea and not one of those bottled, super sweetened ones!. eat a lot of fruits and vegetables (hahah I know) and replace any flour based food with whole grain!. it tastes awful, but it helps a lot!. also, you don't have to completely cut off sweets! sneak in a piece of chocolate or two every other day but just make sure you exercise regularly~~~ hope that helped~~~

Drinking to much green tea is unhealthy!. Stick to water and remember that exercising does not matter if you consume to many calories!. So, eat right and walk! You can always try crouches and sit ups but like I said, if you burn the calories you consume then you wont have to work out as hard!.

Ab excersices!. Always work out your core (tummy)!. I suggest Sit ups, crunches, and any ab excersices you can do!. Goodluck with the weight loss!. I recentley joined my local gym, and I'm seeing a trainer 3 times a week!. I've lost 8" off my abs in the past month!. Maybe try looking into something at a local gym!?
