Any suggestions on how to lose at least ten pounds?
Answers:
Runningis a good start, 3 times a week for at least 20 minutes and u might not even need to go on a diet. There is also a lot of little things like parking farther away and taking the stairs instead of elevators is a great way to burn a few calories without even realizing it.
But Im sure u look fine without the loss of weight.
