Has anyone tried these products? Do they work

Alli has been causes people to become extremely sick.. coming out of both ends lol.. so i wouldnt recommend it.. and the doctors i work for dont recommend it either..
my advice is to exercise and eat right.. but if you feel you need a diet pill talk to your doctor
