well, we need to know a lot more about you, then
how much do u excercise!? how much do you weigh!? how tall are you!? what body type are you!?
my suggestion- eat until you are full!. obviously it has to be healthy stuffs duh but if u eat until u feel full ur getting enough calories!.
also keep in mind-if u eat until ur full, then feel all bloated and gross, try eating until ur just not quite hungry (the difference between full and not quite hungry anymore is that full you feel like you couldnt eat anymore and not quite hungry anymore you are satisfied but could eat more) the second u get there, stop eating!. drink a big glass of water!. wait twenty minutes!. it takes twenty minutes for your stomach to relay to your brain that you're full!.
but anyways, just eat normally, and decently healthily, and you'll be ok!.

you have to go on a web site and look for your BMI you body mass index this will tell you accoring to you r appropiate size and age every one is diffrent thats the only way to do calorie counting the right way !.!.!.!. check it out msn 's health section should have it !.!.!.!.it can even calculate on the health calculator on that section how much to loose or gain by loosing 2 pounds a week or a week !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Type in your age, height and how much you excercise daily!. Oh, and your weight!. It is different for all teenagers, but it will probably be around 2000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
