Trying to reduce fat on my tumm?!


Question: Trying to reduce fat on my tumm!?
Now i need help understanding what not to eat fat or calories!?!?!?!? I want my body to burn fat so should i eat less of both to make my body use up stored fat!?!?!? or should i just stay away from fat because my body stores it right away or does it use it!?!?!?!?!? What lol!?!?!? How many calories should i consume daily!?!?!? I am 5'5 and 112 lbs!. yes I am thin but i want a flat tumm and i heard the belly button fat is most harmful (which is where most of it is) Also, my thighs are so giggly it drives me crazy! So dont call me Anorexic!Www@Answer-Health@Com
