To burn fat, you need to burn more calories than your intake!. This is easily accomplished by going to bed on an empty stomach (don't eat after 7PM) and exercising for 30 minutes in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

best thing to do is exercise regularly and have a balanced diet!. it's ok if you eat a lot as long as it's balanced and you burn as much calories as you gained!. for example, if you gained 2,000 calories in one day, then burn 2,000 calories by exercising!. go for a swim!. ride your bike!. jog!. walk your dog!. do whatever you like to do!.
