I definitely lose more weight by drinking my water!. Also I use the Lipton sugar-free tea packets in my water!. They taste great and are 0points!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking 2 litres is difficult sometimes, especially in the winter!. however, it is so good for your skin and excellent for helping you maintain a good weight!. Water does fill you up and people often recommend that the moment you finish a meal, you should have a large glass as it will stop you wanting to overeat!. A tip that I always advise clients is to put 8 post it notes with 'water' written on them all over the fridge or round the PC and everytime they have a large glass, rip one down and always aim to have no post it notes left up each day!. start with 5 glasses every 2 hours ,,half a glass

sometimes your hunger is sign of your thirst ,,if you drink water you feel your hunger vainshed ,,its a tip may help with your wieght loss,

drinking water makes it easier to lose weight cause soem of the wieght you carry is water,,*ODEMA*so if youd rink water you will pass urine and get rid of many bad toxic stuff in yoru system

Water consumption is key to losing weight!. Make it a point to drink water at room temp!. You can chug that alot easier than chilled or iced water!. Also, try drinking atleast 12 to 16 oz before you get to work in the morning!. I have a commute and make sure the whole bottle is gone before I get to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find it quite easy!. I keep an 750ml water bottle on my desk and try to have emptied it for the first time by 12!. then i refill it and usually finish it a second time by the time i finish work or even earlier!. Add to that the water I have when having breakfast and dinner it's quite easy to get there!. (re-) using plastic bottles makes it easier to keep track on how much you've already drunk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No problem, I keep a bottle by my elbow all day and sip often!. By the time you feel thirsty you're already dehydrated and the perception of thirst is often misinterpreted as hunger and makes you snack in between meals!. Water will keep you feeling fuller, longer and will help your metabolism too!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it doesn't its all bullsh*t!. The body absorbs water from all the food and drink you take on board and teas and coffees count towards your water intake!.

I always used to struggle drinking lots of water, a work friend suggested drinking warm water, bit yuck i know but I'm used to it now and I can drinks loooads now, I had to use water retention tablets for a while at first but it doesn't bloat me anymore and I've noticed a real difference in my skin !. !. and orange peel bits!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
