Wats wrong with weight training everyday!?

Nothing unless you overtrain - several hours a day or more!. But target a different part of your body every day!. e!.g!. legs on monday, arms on tuesday, so forth!. That way your body will have time to recover!. Muscles grow when at rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are doing everyday mix it up each day don't strain yourself on the same workouts, especially on your legs!. you can develop a stress fractureWww@Answer-Health@Com

Theres nothing wrong with weight training every day ONLY IF your not working the same body part 2-3x in a row!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
