Question: Okay!.!.!. how can i get my stomach and thighs ready for a bikini!?!?!?PLZ HELP!?
okay!.!.!.im 14!.!.!.!.i way about 150 pounds :(
i am a year round swim teamer
i do an hour of swimming each morning (mon-fri)
im goin to a nutritionist
i am commiting myself to core excersises while watching t!.v!.
i feel really fat espeacially in my belly and thighs

I'm 13 and 135 pounds with lots of thigh and tummy fat!.

I've lost weight!.

Cut your proportions in half!. Avoid ALL sodas!.

When you are about to eat and it's not a meal think to yourself if you really need to eat then!. If you could live maybe 2 hours for your next meal!.

If you need a snack, try an apple!. Or some crackers!.

Also do daily crunches!. I absolutly HATE running, so I do crunches!.

Trust me, I'm out of shape and eat a lot of junk food, but I try to do these things to keep my belly down!.

i am 14 and weigh 135 and i can't wear a bikini because my stomach is huuuuuuge!.
so, you might have to lose a lot to be able to wear a bikini :[
i have lost 30lbs so far- so that could be why my stomach looks so gross!. but maybe you're different!.

For your belly do vacuum poses and isometric ab squeezes!. For your legs, do hindu squats and jump on a mini-trampoline!.
