Question:
Which areas of the body?
Which areas of the body usually show the most and quickest toning results? Abs, arms, legs, etc. I don't mean easiest, just which would show the most results in a shorter amount of time?
Answers:
Usually the leanest parts of your body show first, i.e if you got a gut, that would be last. Internally, toning starts up quickly and in just a few weeks you can notice a difference even if no one else does. That should be motivation to keep it going.
