Is it lagit?

I've been indoor joggin' (stand in one point, lift my leg for 15-20 mins), crunches, push-ups, leg thingies, ride my bike for like 15-30 mins, and walks.I go to winn-dixie like everyday and weigh myself, i see results..sometimes i loose like 2 lbs but i don't know if i'm really loosing weight..am i?

You need an at home scale. Believe it or not, what you wear really affects your weight... a LOT! Get on your scales first thing in the morning while not wearing anything.
