Okay, so i have a HUGE bum and i wanna know how to lose some of it, not gain muscle? any help?

Of course, the answer is to eat less and exercise more.

But realistically, how can you eat less while controlling your appetite?

1. The first part of your meal should consist of filling low-calorie density foods. Like salads, fruits, etc..

2. If you can't cut out the heavier foods, save them until after you've already eaten most of your meal.

3. Never eat junk food on an empty stomach. Fill yourself up with healthy foods first. Then if you have room, have a little bit of the junk food.
