Question: Ways to burn fat fast!?
I'm on summer break till mid august, so i have time for whatever you suggest!. I have a vacation on July 19!. I just wanna look good for school!. I'd like to loose 10-20 pounds!. I have a gym membership if that helps!.

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides!. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they're at a 90 degree angle (or close)!. Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor!. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs!. You can perform leg lifts there too!. If you're using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest!. It's more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight!. This helps firm up the lower abdomen!. If you're truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet!. Exercises is the way to do it!. It's old fashion I know, but it works!. It also depends on your metabolism!. If you or your family has a fast metabolism, more likely you can shed that 10 pounds!. If your have trouble metabolism you are going to have to work harder!.

I have a bad metabolism so usually I have to exercise way more then other people to get to a good weight and keep it off, but try not to over kill myself of course!. But I do not take away my food consumption!. If you eat more food that you prepare or more natural not processed you will do a world of good for yourself!.

Another trick is pack your plate with more vegetables then meat!. Don't take out meat completely (unless you are a vegetarian then you need more protein) Veggies usually help the body flush out toxins and help you on your weight shedding the pounds because there is no fat in veggies
(even though avocado is getting a bad name) but there is calories in veggies and that is good because it gives you your energy for you to exercises!.

you need to excersize and avoid greasy foods and fast foods!. and go to the gym as much as you can!. i also have a friend who lost a lot of weight by just dancing a lot in her room, so basically all you need to do is find good ways to burn a lot of calories and eating healthy (fruits and vegitables)!. getting a job is also another good way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lots of cardio excersise (excersising that gets the heart going)
eg!. running/jogging
tennis
swimming
dancing

After about 20 minutes of cardio the body begins burning more fat, so try to do more than 20 minutes, every other day

there is no healthy way to lose 10-20 pounds in one month!.!. the healthiest way to lose weight is about 5 pounds a month!. unless you starve yourself and exercises 3 hrs a day this is not possible!.!. also i'm not suggesting starve yourself and excercising 3 hrs a day!.!.

u should have started exercising sooner if you wanted to look good for the summer!.

best bet would be just lose about 5 - 7 lbs and do some toning excercises so you'll look thinner!.

although if you want to keep off the weight it is best to consume at least 1200 calories a day!. if you starve yourself or eat to little your body will go into starvation mode and lower your metabolism!.!. then once you stop dieting you will balloon and gain even more weight than you weigh now!. go to gym and do lots of cardiovascular activities!.
u could go dancing, too!. like do hip hop dancing!.
swim! it burns a lot of calories! but make sure that after u swim, only eat light foods like vegetables!. swimming makes u soo hungry!.!.
eat less, mostly eat vegetables and fruits, some proteins and carbs, less fats meaning-avoid french fries!!! =D
drink lots of water, too! avoid caffeinated drinks like soda and coffee

do a lot of cardio to burn calories, and strength train to toan your muscles!. strength training also burns a lot of calories but make sure you do both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming burns fat without straining muscles!. I'd try the eliptical machine!. And do regular exercises to target the areas you would like to lose weight in!. (for stomach!.!.!.do cruches with your lower back on a giant exercise ball)Www@Answer-Health@Com
