Answers:
If you want to run at night then go ahead!. Make sure to stay on a highly populated street and carry pepper spray in your pocket for protection!. Any time a person wants to work out is a good time if they can be safe!. Don't jog down a back alley- that is where trouble lies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on where you're running!. Inside, like on a treadmill or a well-lit track, sure!. Outside, probably not!. It's dark but it's also dangerous!.!.!. there are a lot of muggings and rapes and murders that take place, even in smaller cities!. If you do decide to go running outside at night, bring a flashlight, cell phone, and pepper spray!.!.!. and preferably run with a friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I ran at night when I lost weight and it was no problem!. I'm no expert but I assume it boosts your calorie burn while you sleep!.

Definitely wear reflective shoes, light colored clothing, and stay in well-lit areas close to home if you are running on the sidewalk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

run when you feel like it - if you like to run at night make sure you have something reflective on - and keep on running to get rid of the chubby cheeksWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's more productive to run in the morning because that is what will get your metabolism going!. You'll lose your chubby cheeks as you lose weight in general!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok no pills
cut carbs

dont quitWww@Answer-Health@Com
