Question: Protein shake to gain weight!?
I need gain at least 10 lbs and I am lacking so much energy any advise that someone can give me on a protein shake without soy I appreciate itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Protein shakes are definitely a great way to gain weight if you do not have the time to prepare normal meals!.

Eat every 2 to 4 hours (a shake counts as a meal)!.

Try this for a shake:

2 scoops of whey protein powder ( I use Optimum Nutrition Chocolate)
12-16 oz skim milk
1/2 cup of whole oats
2 tbls of peanut butter

Or try 4-6 oz of Strawberry/Raspberry yogurt instead of the peanut butter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can use whey protein power!. Mix it in a blender and add some banannasWww@Answer-Health@Com
