Hiya guys. I'm 5'10 and weigh 137 lbs. I'm deffinitly not over weight as you can see, however I do have a very thin frame, so when I'm carrying a bit of extra padding around my tummy and butt, you can really, really notice it. I'd like to get rid of 5-7 lbs of that extra padding for the summer, but I'm really having a hard time doing so.
I always hit the gym 4-5 days a week, doing 45 minutes of cardio (burning 500-600 cals each cardio session), along with 30 minutes of weights. I don't eat white pasta, fried/greasy food, or any other refined carbs-- however I do have a small bowl of vanilla icecream a few times a week.
I'd really love to be able to lose that weight by the end of this month--any suggestions?

You are on a great start! Maybe just omit the ice cream or eat ice cream once every two weeks.

Crunches and sit ups are good for toning in the tummy area. Other than that your diet is pretty healthy, just make sure you are getting enough calories. A 1200 is pretty standard for someone on a diet.

Also, remember to incorporate a lot of protein (egg whites, chicken breast, turkey and fish are examples) into your diet, and drinks lots of water to keep yourself hydrated!
