Basic workout questions for a beginner?!

Question: Basic workout questions for a beginner!?
Well let me first start out with the fact that im 14 years old and i have been working out seriously for 3 weeks!.

This is my regimen, can you critique it and tell me what i need to work on/change!?

Monday-Back
Tuesday-Chest
Wednesday-Arms
Thursday-Shoulders
Friday-Legs
Saturday-Abs

Then, can you tell me why I dont feel the burn in my chest/back when I am working out those muscle groups, but instead i feel the burn in my arms/shoulders!?

Also, how long will it take for me to start noticing a difference in my body!?

Lastly, will eating some junk food greatly affect my muscle gaining!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Your probably feeling the burn in your arms/shoulders because you are doing excercises which have more to do with those areass than your chest or back!.

The only thing I can think of as a critique is why don't you try a full workout instead of working on one area at a time!.

You can do a workout which includes upper and lower body!. If you really want to split it try upper body one day and lower body the next!.

Have a look at the excercises you are doing for chest/back and see if they are actually meant for this area!.

How long it will take depends on how much your body really has to go to toning up!. You'll probably lose weight before you start putting muscle on!.

Not by much but don't overdo it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

As for your regiment, you should work on your abs more than one day a week!. Instead of devoting one whole day to just your abs you can do a litlle less after each day of working out!. also you want to give yourself one rest day, this can actually help with muscle gain!. You also want to add one day of cardio workouts!. Also you might want to think about combining your arms and shoulders into the same day and your back and chest into the same day!.

As for your second question, it may be a problem with your form, what exercises are you using to exercise your chest/back!?

And i can answer your third and fourth questions together, the healthier you eat the quicker and more of a change you will notice in your body!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you dont want to work your upper body 4 days in a row!. chest, arms, and shoulders workouts all include the triceps!. also most chest exercises use shoulders also!. the muscles dont grow when u work them out, they grow WHEN YOU REST! u need to give your muscles more rest time!. i suggest: 1 day- back, biceps, and forearms; 1 day- chest, triceps, and shoulders; 1 day- legs and abs; a couple days of cardio, and a couple days of rest!. MAKE SURE YOUR WORKOUTS ARE LESS THAN 47 MINUTES! THIS OVOIDS OVERTRAINING, TOO MUCH TRAINING WILL RESULT IN YOUR MUSCLES NOT GROWING!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really depends on what your trying to accomplish (ie!. a certain sport, looking good for the ladies, etc etc)!. But usually you go on a rotation of arms one day and legs the next, with abs added in every day or every other!.!.!.in terms of results it kinda depends on how developed you are, if your still growing your not gonna see the results as much as if your fully matured!.!.!.I would suggest keeping it up with a healthy diet w/ lots of carbs, water, and protein, just don't overwork and hurt yourself, your still young!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
