im in decent shape now.. but i know if i dont do something else conditioning is going to kill.. any exercise suggestions?

Omigosh! My favorite sport is soccer. I've been playing for 14 yrs.! I usually go out and jog for ten minutes, then 20, then 40, and finally an hour to get my self conditioned, but that's over a month. I suggest doing 2-3 short sprint sets a day, each 10 sprints and race with a friend so you really get the feel of the competition! Keep playing the true football!
