How can I lose a few pounds...?!


Question: How can I lose a few pounds!.!.!.!?
Okay, I know I shouldn't be so worried at thirteen!.!.!.!. and please
don't give answerssaying "you're tooyoung to worry about your
weight right now" but I'm 120 pounds and 5'5"!.!.!. is that a good,
healthy weight!? and i'm aiming to lose around 3 to five pounds!.
nothing too drastic!. I just put on a few pounds over the winter!.!.!.
and I want to lose the "vacation belly"!. lol!. So tips!?!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it is hard to lose weight at any age!. But in order to get healthy it takes good judgment and common sense!. You need to cut out some sugar!. Sugar is in everything from sodas to bread!. Try to cut back on sweets, soft drinks, candy, chocolate, chips etc!.!. Try to eat healthier meals with more fruits and veggies!. Fast food is ok sometimes but not every day, use it as a reward!. Get out and walk, jump rope, get into an excise program for kids your age!. Computer, tv, games are ok for a small part of the day but not all day!. Get together with friends and bike, swim, play some sort of sports, get started slowly!. Do your parents know how you feel!? maybe they can help you with this and keep you motivated!. Whatever you decide to do, do it the right way!.

there is no point on stopping eating and losing your water weight, because as soon as you start eating again it will pile back on!. thats what will happen with any crash diet you go for, you'll lose the weight but it wont stay that way!.

try, instead of snacking chew on ice cubes, that will burn calories!.cucumbers and celery is also a good snack option!.

also just make sure you do plenty of exercise and eat healthy!. dont cut out anyfood groups because that will just be unhealthy!.
keep a stable well rounded diet and dont snack on unhealthy foods and you'll lose a couple pounds!.

hey im haveing the same problem as you and im 5'5 im 14 and weigh 125 and trying to loose like 5 or 6 pounds the best thing is probally to stop eating for like a week and loose ur water weight thats what im gonna try it worked for some of my friends but good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

honestly i dont think your too young, becuase im 13 too :]
ur BMI is 20!.0 so your classified as average :]
and to loose 3 lbs u dont really have to do much, just eat a bit healthier, exercise a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cutting soda out of your diet is huge! By cutting that out completely, you can reduce your fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
