Question: How to loose 10 pounds in a month!?
How can i loose 10 pounds in 1 month!? I am 14 years old and weigh 117 i wana weigh 10 pounds less!. Is it possible to do so in one month if so how!!? I need to know fast!. Also what would i eat if i wanted to loose this weight in 1 month!?

i am sorry to tell you this but if you are any taller than 5' 3" you will be underweight at 107 lbs!. if you want to look more fit and feel healthier then eat regularly and when you are hungry!.!.!. stop eating when you get full!. Eat slowly and actually taste your food! Also, you could do palates, to tone your stomach, thighs, buns, and arms, without actually loosing weight!. beauty is not about weight!. look good for you, not your friends or significant other!. if you like the way you look then you need to be true to yourself!. i know that adolescence is the hardest time in life!.!.!. (believe me i know!) but in order to grow up happy and healthy (physically and emotionally) you need to learn how to make yourself happy without changing your body this drastically!. this may not be what you wanted to hear, but i think it is what you needed to hear!. That could be hard to do but if you don't eat alot of bread, but still eat good meat like steaks and chicken(not fryed) along with about an hour to and hour and a half of working out (treadmill, situps, pushups) every day, you should be able to lose weight!. It won't start working immediately because your body will have to get used to it, but once you do, you should be able to start losing weight fast!. Once you start eating and working out like this, you should not stray from it because it will screw everything up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wish you'd included your height because that makes a huge difference as to whether you are at your ideal, healthy weight or not!. Since you didn't, I'll just say be careful and don't lose too much!.

To lose 10 lbs the healthy way, which is about 2lbs or less a week, just cut back on your portion sizes, eat plenty of leafy green vegetables (the darker green the better), drink lots of water, eat only lean meats (white meats are better for digestion; chicken, turkey, fish) and exercise!. A 20 minute light jog should do the trick about 4 times a week!.

And be sure to eat breakfast, it makes a difference and you don't feel like you're starving yourself so the weight will stay off!. Try something high in fiber, like oatmeal or a Kashi cereal, not all of them taste like the box, I promise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok well you can if you have hard work and dedication!
Try eating things like
- wheat
-whole grains and oats
-fish
-vegetables ect!.
Just don't eat any fast food, fried food, greasy foods, fatty foods ect!.
Also you need to exercise and workout!
You could dance, play a sport, swim, do pushups, curlups, jumping jacks, crunches, situps,run around the block, skate, go to 24 hour fitness, the possibilities are endless but just make sure to have at least 2 hours of excersise a day!

Just don't eat high carbs like potatoes, corn, bread & sugar!. You could probably have these 2 times a week but small amounts!. You will lose weight!. If not 10 pounds very close!. How tall are you!. You say you weight 117!. If you are close to your ideal weight you won't lose as fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For 5 days, breakfast, lunch and dinner, 3oz of tuna (plain-straight out of the can) and 1/2 cup broccoli!. You can have nothing else, not even sugarless gum!. You should also do at least 40 min of cardio each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
