its ok if you eat more then 1200 cals, if its just one day its not going to affect your wieght really!.!.

it actually matters more than the caloric intake!. proteins, carbohydrates and fats all have different effects on various hormones in the body such as insulin, cortisol, glucagon, testosterone and growth hormone!. a lot of uneducated people will preach that a calorie = a calorie but that's couldn't be more from the truth!. all calories are not created equal since they have different effects on hormones!. also as the caloric intake decreases the quality of nutrients must increase!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If 1 meal of fast food is going to screw up your diet, your diet sucks!. Period!. I had a steak with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes last night and 5 beers and I didn't gain even 1/2 a pound because I eat right the other 90% of the time I'm eating!.

1 cheat isn't going to hurt you!. Eat normally for dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you'll be ok!. Calories are calories, just some are better for you than others!. Just eat a smart dinner!. Eat extra healthy tomorrow, good luck, one fast food day wont ruin your efforts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even the experts don't agree on the correct answer to your question, but, in general, keeping calorie count low will lead to weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, some other foods have lots of fat in them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
