i m11 and nave only a couple weeks to get the perfect bikini body but all i have access to is a bike, a trampoline, a baskcett ball net and b!.ball, and in 7 days a pool but i have to share most of it!.!.!.!. can u help me asap!!!!!!!!!!!!! i need it a lot but also i need to know when how long and how to do the exersizes and how many times a day/ week to do the stuff!!!!!!!! ( i need to loose about 35-50 pounds!) and i could use a little food help if u can help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are only 11! You shouldn't have to worry about losing weight!. Live life and have fun!. I do believe that everyone, including children and teens should be active!. If you haven't exercised before let me give you some pointers: Don't go out there and run a marathon! Meaning, don't over do yourself!. You will end up making your body so sore that you won't be able to move the next day!. Warm up! Stretch, or do a brisk walk before you work out!. If you are riding the bike, put the setting on the least amount of resistance at the beginning, then increase it!. The trampoline does wonders! My boyfriend jumps on a little one every day for about 10-15 mins!. That should answer your next question!. You don't have to work out for hours to get results!. They say 30 mins a day, 3-5 days a week!. If you can find something heavy in your house (Maybe in the garage) you can use it to do bicep curls and other arm exercises!. NO this won't make you muscular or big!. Strength training/lifting weights keeps your metabolism running longer; burning calories!. While you are trying to lose this weight and get in shape remember one thing!.!.!."Calories in vs!. calories out!." You should be eating less calories than you are burning exercising!. ok im sry but your 11!!!! omg you need to not worry about it but then again i can understadn why you would want to help yourself so your not overweight your healthy so ill help you!.!.!.you should deff exercise i normally run around 2 miles each day becuz i play a LOT of soccer but you can ride your bike 2 miles!.!.!.(great workout), trampoline is very very handy! go on that for like an hour a day or so!.!.!., andd i guess you could play basketball ( i hate it so i dont know if youi rele workout much) but for the pool just swim aand have fun and you should be all set with the exercise so for food!.!.!. i asked a question that you can find im my proffile and i think it was!.!. Unless you're severely overweight, I'm sure you don't need to lose 35-50 pounds at the age of 11!. Ideally, at 11 if you're female you should weigh around 100ish!. By the way, the best way for you to do it is to get educated!. If it really matters to you, you should read articles online for a few hours so you know how everything works; there's just way too much to explain in a small post!. If you really want to lose weight you should know that exercise and good diet is about all that matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut back on all junk food no exceptions, eat nurticiously look it up on google and do exercise that burns calories like running for like 30 minutes or 20 considering your age, play basketball and the MOST IMPORTANT THING DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF IT WILL GET YOU NO WHERE odds are your most likely not ganna be able to loose the weight you want but it can be obtained over timeWww@Answer-Health@Com
