increase your caloric intake nutritionally!. it takes 3500 additional calories over time to gain one pound!. I would try to gain in a week or 2!. You can also work out and replace fat with muscle!. Do some strength work while you do this to try to make it muscle gain rather than fat lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increase your caloric intake but only with healthy foods!.

For example, whole wheat pasta has lots of fiber and nutrients and is pretty high in calories relative to an apple!.

Alternatively, add a little more to each plate of food you eat and the calories will creep in on you (assuming you eat well in the first place)Www@Answer-Health@Com
