Fitness problems?

Heyy, i need to lose 10 pounds by Aug 25 because i am going be in a wedding. I need help with idea's on how to lose it! pleasee


Answers:

It is possible but it is going to be hard work. If you only have ten pounds to lose you probably aren't much overweight and you know what they say about "those last ten pounds". That said if you are willing to commit I have lots of ideas!

You first need to be doing at least one hour of high intensity cardio every day (running, jogging on an incline, biking on hills and so on)... take one day off on the weekend to allow your body rest.

You also need to be doing a weight training regimen. Doing a circuit (whole body toning) also burns calories as you build muscle. You move quickly from one exercise to another and this allows for an aerobic as well as an anaerobic workout. Do weight training 3 days a week leaving a day in between for your muscles to rest and rebuild.

Watch your diet. Stick with fresh fruits and veggies, lean meat such as skinless chicken breast, and complex carbohydrates... think whole wheat products, oatmeal, brown rice. Keep your fat intake at a minimum and stay away from processed, packaged foods. If you are a soda drinker cut that out as well... even diet, it can actually make you crave food! Make sure you get plenty of fiber as well. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep (8 hours a night).
