Why do i keep prolonging to workout?!
Question: Why do i keep prolonging to workout!?
after i eat, i say i'm gonna work out, i do but then i start to eat alot and say i'll work out next week, before i was in shape and i worked out alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I feel your pain!. LOL What I usually do is eat a snack about 30 minutes to an hour before I work out because if I'm too hungry, I don't work out because I'm too irritable! Then eat your meal a little after you work out!. That way you aren't STARVING during your workout and have a little bit of energy but aren't eating a whole bunch to make yourself sick and/or lethargic!.
It all takes motivating yourself and getting into a routine and just saying "this is what I'm going to do regardless of how I feel"!. It's tough to retrain your mind, but you can do it!. :)

You need to eat proper foods, learn how differently carbs, proteins!.!.!.etc effect your energy level!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I work out in the mornings!. and then afterward is when I eat my brk fast!. I wouldn't recomend working out after you eat any way!. you'de probably get a stomache ache!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
