How long will it take for me to see results based on my routine?!


Question: How long will it take for me to see results based on my routine!?
How long will it take for me to see results if I:
run 20 minutes 5 times a week
do 20 minutes of pilates every day
100 jumping jacks every day
250 crunches every day
dont eat bread, very salty stuff (chips, popcorn, etc!.)
don't drink caffeine!.

I'm not trying to lose 10 pounds in one week or anything, I just want to see what results I would get in however long of time!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Result are going to vary from person to person!.

Some caffeine isnt bad its the sugar in the drinks that is terrible!.

More information is needed to access this!. We dont know what you look like!.!.!.!. how long you have been exercising!. What the rest of your diet is!. I would add some weights to the workout, but it does look like you are on the right track for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
