Question: I need to lose weight and have two kiddos and one stroller!.!?
I have a 3 year old and a 3 month old!. The baby gets the stroller when walking and the three year old acts like I am killing him to make him walk a mile!. Is that bad for a three year old to walk like that or good for him!? So I need ideas that I can do with the two children!. I am not good at counting calories or points because I do not understand all that 1 serving is 2 ounces well how do I know what 2 ounces is!? So any ideas on what I can do!. I am 5'9" and weigh 190!. My thighs, and stomach are the worst!. I tried doing squats for my legs but once I did them I couldn't do them for a week they hurt so bad so I feel like I am not doing anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats on the kids!. You need to start a beginner exercise routine and stick to it!. You will stop being in pain once you develop the routine!. Try this site!. good luck!.

I would suggest taking a spin class at the gym!. It helps you drop a lot of weight!. I have been dieting for a week and going to the gym 3x a week!. I take the spin class at least 2x a week and for my third day I work out on the ellipitical machine and treadmill!. I am 5"7 and I weighed 205 a week ago and now I weigh 194!. I lost 11 pounds and I have to thank my spin instruction for that!. I eat 1500 calories a day and I take one day out of the week and eat whatever I want as long as its not over 3500 calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am right there with you but I have three! I take the kids to the local middle school or high school track - let them play in the middle and walk/run around the outside!. I take the little one in the stroller!. If the three year old is on a bike (with or without training wheels) let him ride around the track!
Also, there are workout videos/dvds at the local library here!. I found many different workout videos for mom and kids!.
Playing with the three year old would be a workout in itself!. Teach him hopscotch, jump rope, make an obstacle course and go with him when the baby naps!.
