SBD and Fiber Pills?
I am on the South Beach Diet.
Yes, it work's I have done it before. Anyhow I read that benefiber or metamucil will coat your digestive system and help you to digest the food slower and therefore lose weight and not be as hungry.
I CANT drink the stuff so I bought the pills. I took 3 earlier (recommended dose is 6 pills 3x a day.)
Does anyone know if this works or any other comments?

benefiber is actually not that bad. just mix it in some orange juice and you can't tell it's in there. Metamucil is psyllium, which is probably the same thing that's in your fiber pills. just make sure you drink a lot of water when you take the fiber pills or else you'll feel like there's a chunk of concrete in your stomach.
