Question: How to lose belly fat!?and exercise other area's!?
Im 15 5'11 i weight about 165 everythings good but I have some belly fat near my lower abs how do I lose this and i run the tredmill almost everyday for 20mins and then do vertical push ups for my pics does running the tredmill help and is it the fastest way!? and How do I work out my pelvis area!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok firt treddmill does nothing its the same as walking!. for your belly fat you are suppose to do crunches until it hurts and do that for a month and you should take care of thatWww@Answer-Health@Com
Belly fat is the last you're going to get rid of!. Burn more calories than you take in!. Treadmill's work but you will work harder running the old fashion way!. Good abs are 80% diet and 20% excersize!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
