When running in the morning, when should you eat?!

When running in the morning, when should you eat?

If running at about 6am. Should you eat before you run, or after you run? What is the best meal(s) to eat ?


Answers:

You don't have to eat before you run in the morning. But, if you are running and your stomach feels off like it needed something, you can always have a banana or an apple before you run. Make sure to drink lots of water while and after running.

After running, make sure to get in some protein to stop muscle loss.
