You do NOT want to lose it fast, otherwise your metabolic rate will be ruined and you will pile the weight straight back on plus lots more!.

You need to eat LESS calories than you burn off in the form of energy!. It's simple mathematics, permit me to explain:

Your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR for short) is the number of calories your body needs each day just to survive!. If you layed in bed all day and didn't move an muscle, then your body would need to consume a set number of calories each day so that your vital organs and brain can function to keep you alive!. This set value is called your 'BMR'!.

So what you need to do is calculate your BMR using the link below!. For example, mine is 1359!. To lose weight steadily and healthily you need to consume roughly this number of calories every day AND NO MORE!. Then, as you walk around and busy yourself in the day, your body will require extra calories as you will be using energy!. Naturally your body will not have enough calories to match this demand because you've only eaten enough calories for your body to EXIST!. So the body will break open it's fat stores (releasing fat and water) which the muscles will use to make up the calorie shortage!. This is how you lose the weight, because your body will eat it's own fat stores for energy!.

Result: you get slimmer by not only losing fat, but also by losing all the excess water that it contained within your fat cells!.

Sorry but there is no fast answer to your problem!. If you opt for surgery they will ask you to try to loose some of the weight before surgery anyway!.
Dont go on fad diets, they dont work, in fact many diets dont work because when you go back to eating "normal" food you will put the weight back on!.
Just try to cut down on the amount you eat and take more exercise, raise you metabolism and you weight will come off slowly, but as for fast weight loss you are chasing a myth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no healthy way to lose weight fast and keep it off, I'm afraid, it's just down to sensible eating and exercise!. I joined Weight Watchers 7 weeks ago and have lost a stone already!. My sister was much bigger than me, and the weight came off her a lot faster!. She's been a member for three months and she's lost almost 2 and a half stone!.

If you lose weight too fast, your body goes into starvation mode and you stop losing weight quickly because it begins to hold onto every calorie you take in!.

You need to be sensible!. If you lose a couple of pounds a week, you will slowly modify your eating and exercise habits in a way you can sustain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

Try Calorie Shifting, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day!. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine!.
