Please dont suggest some gym membership or some special diet where you can only eat their brand of food. I mean like a at home thing.

You don't need a gym membership. You DO need to eat fewer calories and exercise more. Go run or walk, do some crunches and push-ups and pull-ups. No equipment necessary. Quit drinking liquor or softdrinks, quit eating snacks between meals. If you tend to eat particularly fatty things (like fast food) try eating better, more vegetables and fruit.
