Does this mean I'm in shape: I don't ache after the same distances I ran!

Question: Does this mean I'm in shape: I don't ache after the same distances I ran before!?
When i first became active: light volleyball, light basketball here&there and more importantly a routine run!. I tried to do just under a mile & when i went back home i was aching all throughout the legs! - That was March!. Its now June and im doing all of those things & keeping more active!. I still run the same distance & now im a whole lot less sore!? What is that telling me!?

And also, What's a good way [exercise, not diet-wise] to lose weight!?

Should i continue running everyday!?

Is that safe, if I did!?

What results could i expect from that!?

Have you done this too- If so, what did you get out of it!?

Thanks for your answers! (if any!.!.!.=/)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It means your body has become used to the exercise you are putting it through!. If you feel you have plateaued in your weight loss, or overall fitness level, you need to step it up!. Maybe running harder for a period of time then going back to your normal pace!. Also doing more cardio than usual and upping the ante is going to help!. Otherwise you may not make much progress just doing the same thing all the time!.

Running is hard on the joints!. Also, running shoes are so padded now a days that it can cause you to step on the heel of the foot, causing foot pains and stress to your heels!. I prefer biking! Swimming is good too!.!.!.you know, laps and such!.

Cardio is the best way to lose weight!. Weight training will TONE you once youre at your desired weight!. It wont do much good if theres still layers of fat over your muscles!. It will just cause your muscles to bulk up underneath the fat, possibly causing you to look bigger! Any type of cardio, biking, tennis, aerobics etc!.

I lost about thirty pounds in three and a half months doing diet and biking for an hour + a day!.

Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Congrats! Your body is telling you that it is much more fit!.

Another good exercise (low-impact, high intensity) is swimming!.

You should give your body a break (one day a week) from intense exercise, but running the rest of the time is fine I think, as long as you don't have any joint pain or anything like that!. Or run one day then swim and continue alternating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, that shows that your endurance has improved!. If you continue running every day, your endurance will improve even more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are not aching as much now because your body has become more physically capable!. This is a good thing!. It means you are more physically fit and healthy!. If you feel like there is no longer a goal to strive for because you do not ache any more, why dont you run just a little further each week!.
Your body is just getting used to the routine of exercise and that is a good and healthy thing!. Running everyday is extremely healthy as long as you dont over-do it!. It is recomended everyone gets more than 1/2 hour exercise a day, so keep up the running it will make you fit and healthy!.
If you wanted to lose weight through excercise there are many different things you can do!. It depends were you want to lose weight from and what kind of weight you want to lose!. My sister felt she needed to lose weight and so she ran everyday for a year!. It turned out very successfull and she lost lots of weight!. Running can be good for losing weight!. You could also try skipping or dancing/pilates!. I have heard these are very good for loosing the right weight in the weight places!.

Hope this has helped!.:) Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
