Can someone please give me an exercise and eating routine to shift the lbs?!


Question: Can someone please give me an exercise and eating routine to shift the lbs!?
I'm all about given up with diets, lifestyle changes and eating healthily!. None of it works, I'm 60lbs from my ideal weight and nothing seems to work! I've had thyroid and diabetes tests which were both fine, although I do have PCOS (which I spose might effect my weight)!.

So can someone please help me shift the weight, or at least point me in the right direction!? I don't wanna join a gym as I feel I'm too fat (oxymoron I know) and it's difficult for me to do much at home as there's always people about, but I can do some!.

I'd like a structured plan which I can stick too, rather than vaugue ideas!!

Really the only way to lose weight and keep it off are healthy eating and exercise habits!. I lost 62 lbs 4!.5 yrs ago doing the Weight Watchers' program!. The weekly accountability at the mtg really helps me stay on track!. It doesn't mean you can never splurge or treat yourself!. That's all part of the healthy lifestyle/choices you learn w/ this prog!. Check it out!. I've been a lifetime member these 4!.5 yrs and I pay nothing now!. I get the benefit of all WW's offers for free when I stay below my wt goal!. If you work the prog!. as taught, it works for you! It only took me 11 months to reach my goal!. Stop dieting!. Just change how you eat!. I realized this works when I decided to just eat healthy foods for lent, by Easter, I looked better than ever!. I allowed myself some chocolate each day (I decided this in advance, I knew I'd fail otherwise)!. I ate egg whites with sauteed veggies of my choice (peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, spinach, etc), steel cut oatmeal & fruit (dried or fresh), for breakfast!. I'd choose which one I wanted each day!. Snack a handfull of nuts & handfull of dries fruit or fresh!. Lunch & dinner could be pasta, chicken, turkey, shrimp, fish, with veggies!. Any low fat protein would be substituted in any recipe, so I'd have ground turkey burritos with lots of veggies on it!. Work out daily, and you will rock soon enough!. Join a gym, trust me, take group fitness classes!. There is a variety, and the music will motivate you, and they aren't all gym babes there, trust me! You'll get there, you just have to do it!. Visit some gyms, community classes, fitness centers (both hospital and privately owned), to watch their classes and talk to people there!. You will find that some of them have members who are already fit, and fancy-dressed!. Some places will be just average, or have people of all fitness levels!. You will find one that makes you comfortable, and has classes for beginners!. You will do better in a class, rather than individually to start with, as the competition is an incentive!. If you can afford an individual trainer, go for it!

First of all, You NEED to make time for YOURSELF!. as selfish as that sounds!. If you are not healthy, you are not able to Take care of your (husband children, etc!.) at your best and most efficent way!. It is all about will power!. You should go on a low carb diet!. The south beach diet i think offers great cooking ideas and foods that almost taste like the real thing (example: mashed califlower 4 mashed pots!.) You Should be doing at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise a day walking, cardio whatever then move up!. Look up some exercises online taht you can do at home, hip toning and situps!. If all else fails just go see a biatratric doctor!. They are excellent!Www@Answer-Health@Com
