Do I HAVE to workout EVERYDAY to lose weight?!


Question: Do I HAVE to workout EVERYDAY to lose weight!?
I completely cut out soda, chips, candy, cake, meat, (anything fattening)!. Do I have to workout EVERYDAY!? If not, how many days a week am I supposed to exercise to lose weight!? I'm 14 if that matters!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hun, good job on cutting out all those things BUT the meat!. Meat has protein in it and you need that!. Don't eat the extra fatty stuff make sure you get the lean kind!. Try taking a daily vitamin! No, you don't have to work out EVERY day but it is a good idea to work out 2 to 3 times a week for 30 minutes (at least)!. And working out doesn't have to be jogging or anything! Heck, depending on your weight, you can burn almost 150 calories just dancing to your favorite song for 20 minutes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

actually studies show that watching what you eat makes a bigger difference than excersise!. If you miss a day, it is not going to make much of a difference!.
