I am not fat but would like to lose weight quickly.?

I don't want to starve myself but i have heard about this shot that helps you lose weight. I had back surgery so i am limited to doing exercise. If anyone knows about this shot, what it is called side effects ect.. please let me know because i need to lose this weight quick. thank you
