okay so i am a teenager and i actually am under weight but the way my body is proportioned i need to loose weight in my thighs butt and stomach any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I believe the best way is to exercize, diets just don't work
by themselves!. I'm heavy I don't eat alot, but I don't exercize

omg! im underweight too!. the weird thing though is that my stomach isn't really flat!. sometimes i do a few curl ups to firm it up which really works!. maybe you can do certain exercises and/or work out routines!. if you work out, you can try to extend your diet, but you would want to eat healthy!. for example, bananas are a little fattening but they are healthy!. they make great snacks!. during the summer, i worked out at the gym and i ate a little too light and healthy!. that made me loose all the weight and that's what made me underweight!. my biggest tip for your stomach is curl ups, for your thighs, try squats!. good luck!! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

do some sit ups yeah boring but still it works try 30 a day and it would be a good idea to get into dancing it helps you strengthen and tone your muscles since muscles weigh more than fat it should fix your underweight situation! :D
Or you could do squats!!! It tones your butt did you know!?
