If you think in that back of your head something like, "Oh my God, I drank so much caffine!. What am I going to do!? I'll never get enough sleep - I'm going to fail!." Then you're not going to go to sleep anytime soon!.

On the other hand, just do something mindless, thinking will only keep you up!. What you should do is study (I mean, you're up anyways) in a bed!.

Sit-ups, push-ups and then a realy WARM glass of milk!. While your doing you Sit-ups and Push-ups put you blanket in the dryer to get it warm so that you can sleep cozy!. Sorry you have the same prob I do!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
