Does any body know of an easy exercise to get your tummy flat?!


Question: Does any body know of an easy exercise to get your tummy flat!?
I want to know of an easy and effective exercise that is specifically for the stomach muscles!. I have tried sit ups but I cannot do them too well because I don't have anything to hold my feet down!. My sofas are too high of the ground, and I don't have anyone to hold them down for me!. So, if anyone knows of an effictive exercise that I can do by myself then I would love to hear what it is!.!.!. ya i used to try situps and i found that they didnt really help me as much but there are about 4 parts to your abs/stomach!. i recommend crunches and leg lifts for your upper and lower abs, and to tighten your sides/obliques id do crunches but put your hands behind your head and you take your elbow to the opposite knee and back, and alternate which elbow-to-knee every timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you're looking to lose fat on the stomach, you can't do that effectively by just working the abs!. It's more about burning calories throughout the body, usually with cardio!. Look up the 'spot reduction myth'!.

But for working the abs I like the exercise wheels like this one - http://www!.amazon!.com/gp/product/B00091R!.!.!. Cheap and effective!. Also I like leg raises!. I do them mostly while hanging from a pull-up bar but you can do them lying down as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u dnt hav 2 have ur legs held by sum1-or a sofa-to do situps-i do 80 a day at nite and am going to start runnig-its really easy 2 do sit ups w out support from sumthing tho-just keep ur legs stiff and still and when ur going up-don't bend in an akward position-esp when ur getting tired or else it won't work! good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

try running and when u do put like plastic wrap around your waist and eat whole grain and fruits and veggies, play alot of sports such as hiking,swimming,yoga,jump roping, bike riding and frisbee!. drink lots of water and b4 sports stretch stretching loosens muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Crunches work better than situps, they're better for your back and you don't need anyone to hold your feet for them!. They're just like a situp but you don't go all the way up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its not an excersize but its extremely easy!. Corset training!.!.!.!.probably not the best way to flatten your stomach but it works and with barely any effort on your part!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rishi Ramdev has popularised these but they are easy and thousands of years old as well as being 100% effective!.

u have to work the abs for 5 - 10 mins every other day!.!.!.!.!. no excuses!.!.!. workout your legs, squat because that tightens them up!.!.!.

eat lower carb foods!.!. less white flour!.!. more whole wheat, more vegetables!.!.and more proteins!Www@Answer-Health@Com
