Is it good to excercise under hot weather?!

Question: Is it good to excercise under hot weather!?
Hi!. I like to run, and usually run when it is cool outside (like after sunset)!.
Yesterday, I had to run early for a reason, and it was still pretty hot!. I got extremely tired in about half the usual time, and was really thirsty!. The absolute dryness was killing me!.
I didn't know running in hot weather was this intense!.
But it also occured to me that if it is this hard, maybe I'm getting more out of the excercise!.
Is this really the case!? And will excercising under hot weather ever improve my ability to tolerate hot weather and dehydration, and improve my endurance!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most of our bodies are so naturally resilient and the human body is very telling of the things it needs and the things that it dislikes!. I think a lot of us forget this at times!.

You're right! It's surprising how temperature change can affect your workout even when it's something that is so routine to you! I was shocked at this!.

Eventually yes of course, your body will adapt to the heat and it will improve your endurance and ability to perform in such heat!. That's the good news!. However, there is no need to be frustrated with yourself when you can't immediately run as quickly or as long as you usually do in the cooler weather!!! Don't worry, you'll work up to it!. Just think of it as a work out/switch up which is essentially great for your health and weight loss goals!!! Take your time:)

Here is one woman's personal experience that reminded me of your question!.!.!.

You definitley need to hydrate more if you're going to exercise in hot weather!. Drink during the day and try to have water on hand!.

While in university, I got into the habit one summer semester of jogging during a three hour break between my classes!. I learned to up my water intake througout the day so my body was hydrated enought to deal with the demands I and the heat was placing on it!. I could jog longer and with more ease when hydrated!.

Your body won't tolerate dehydration - you'll get cramps etc!. Instead of training your body to do more with less, give it what it needs to accomodate the demands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You run the risk of heat stroke anytime it is too hot for your body!. Think of it this way, sweat is gross, but very important!. The way sweat works is to suck up heat from your skin, evaporate and take that heat with it!. So if it is too hot for you to sweat (hot environment), you would be inefficiently sweating, and overworking your body!. So, is it good to overwork your body and run the risk of heat stroke!? No!.

If you do decide to do it (which I advise against), drink PLENTY OF WATER, but not too much!. Make sure to drink electrolytes that are lost during sweating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you are exercising under hot weather, you work harder, your body is working extra harder to hydrate your body, your heart beat is faster!.!.!.you sweat more, which is a good thing etc!.!.!.

basically, just hydrate your body more when you're exercising during hot weather with more water!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
