Whats a really good way to lose weight fast?

any suggestions? like change in diet or any quick easy exercises? something? because my friends say that im average, but i think im fat. :(

Cardio is the best way to lose weight...
just walk every day, jog, ride a bike....
im a fitness instructor and the only way is diet and exercise....
try stay away from to many carbs in your diet and fatty foods (to see how much carbs your food has look at the kilojules and devide it by 3 e.g 900kj = 300carbs), also try eat 5-6 smaller meals a day and not the tradiotional 3 big meals, this is recommended and will help your body digest the food eficiently, if you do eat large meals your body can only digest so much and what it cant it turns into exess fat...
dont take pills to lose weight and dont starve yourself....
a good breakfast is a big part....
stay away from sugary drinks and bad snack food...
fruit vegies and meat are the go....
even if your not fat its god to follow these tips to keep healthy and to make sure you dont gain weight... eat your last meal atleast 3 hrs before you go to bed (a must)....
