Question: Loosing weight after two babies right after eachother!.!.!.!?
Okay so I had my son in Oct!. 2006 and then I found out I was pregnant again in April 2007!. I never really got the opporunity to loose the weight from the first pregnancy and I really do want to loose it and I know it has a lot to do with self motivation and discipline but I don't have either!. I feel so run down and so tired from watching both babies 24/7 that I don't know how to be active anymore!. I'm not over over weight I just need to tighten myself up (and get rid of the baby pouch) so I feel more comfortable about myself!. Has anyone ever been through the same thing!? and if so how did you loose the weight!? Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, Cheer up!.!.!. u will do it!.!.!.

Second, I went exactly through the same experience when i had my first and my second sons (only 1 year between them) i gained 60 pounds :(( but after many times trying to lose weight and fail, i decided to be positive because i felt i was going to collapse and lose myself!.!.!.!.!. i found these plans and i tried them all!.!.!.
Look, if u stick to these plans and switch between them every 2 or 3 weeks, i would say, u could lose 60 to 70 pounds in 5 months!.!.!. it's from my presonal experience!.!.!. ( I'M 5'7, WAS 220)

First option: low carb diet!. (Atkins diet or so)

Second option: 7 DAY DIET PLAN, (GM DIET):
1st day: fruits except bananas
2nd day: vegetables
3rd day: fruits and vegetables
4rth day: 6-8 Bananas and skimmed Milk
5fth day: Beef (300 gm) and 6 Tomatoes (limited quantities)
6th day: Beef and Vegetables (unlimited quantity)
7nth day: Brown Rice( 1 cup), fruit juices, and vegetables!
after 7 days u will lose 10-17 pounds!. u can repeat it 2 or 3 times with taking 1 day rest after each 7 days!.

third option: 3-day diet:

DON'T FORGET: drink at least 8 cups of water daily, and exercise!. ( i use Tonny Little Gazelle, i do 30 to 45 mintues a day/ 5 days a week!.!. i LOVE this machine)

PLUS: take multivitamin tablets "daily " while trying to lose weight, it insures that u get ur minimum daily needs from vitamins and minerals

As long as you don't go on depo you'll be great! lol!.Of course ,we all know that we need to excercise and eat healthier and all that and it really works unless you have something else like hormones battling your effort to lose the weight!.Trust me,birth control can really slow down the process!.I go to the gym like crazy and still don't lose weight,I figured out it's the depo that won't let me,I'm going for the Copper IUD(hormone-free) in two months and we'll see how it goes from then on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

girl i am going through the same thing!. except i only have one son!. he was born march of 2007 and i still have the baby weight!.
