Answers:
You should take the whey protein after, it helps recover your muscle!. There is such thing as overtraining when your muscles begin to deplete and fatigue or exahaustion set in!. There are many people who work 3-6 ours a day and do not overtrain, If you feel fatigue or anxiety after working out it means you overtrained!. If you are sore, It means you worked hard and thats a good thing because it shows you worked a good workout and your muscles are recovering from it!. You could also do lighter weights but more reps instead of full on blasting heavy weights!. Use common sense, know when to stop if your exhausted do not push your self WAY OVER the limit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are varying your intensity which is good!. it's one of the most effective methods of hitting a training plateau and overtraining!. if you really want to learn how to design great workouts check out one of the early books written by Tudor Bompa on Periodization!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only you can answer this!. Over training is a very common mistake and can creep up on a lifter, even a pro, without him realising it!.

If you have signs of over training then slow down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
