i love them we have the chicken kind, pacge, not bowl!.
i cook em on the stoove not microwave!.!.!. gross!.!.!.
so you think id lose weight if i only ate ramen noddles and drank water!. i think its noodles or hot pockets haha!. we dont get much just junk food bc of three kids in the house!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No they have alot of sodium and will make you retain water so you probably won't lose much weight!. Try salads and lean chicken or fish, it'll actually help you lose weight and will be a healthy alternative!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

please dont, ramen noodles have a lot of sodium and almost non of the nutrients that you need to stay healthy, if you get hot pockets, get the lean pockets with a whole grain crustWww@Answer-Health@Com
