I am on a diet and am always hungry...any ideas???...?

What can i do??? I am SOOOO Desperate. I am 13 yrs old and weigh 165 pounds. I am supposed to wiegh about 125-130 pounds. I want to look good before i start 8th grade this year. School starts on like september 1st or something. NO DIET PILLS. i want to lose it naturally. I tryed not eating much, but i am always hungry. I brush my teeth, it helps for a while but then i am hungry again. WHAT DO I DO!!!! i have been trying to lose weight for a long time.....pleeeeeez help me!!!!!!!!!

Ok you want to diet not starve yourself so here's what you do.

1.) Give yourself a daily caloric limit - don't go below 1250 or so or it won't be healthy
2.) Watch what you eat - no junk food, fast food, fried foods, stay away from regular pop/soda
3.) Eat a heavier breakfast than dinner so that you have time to burn the calories off
4.) Snack healthy - fruits, vegetables, baked potato chips, 100 calorie packs of your favorite cookies, rice cakes drizzled in chocolate
5.) Eat stuff like egg whites and low-fat yogurt for breakfast, tuna fish, grilled chicken, and veggies for lunch or dinner.
6.) Drink A LOT of water
7.) Don't eat anything too soon before bedtime or you won't burn off the calories.

Just watch your calories, stay within your personal limit what ever it is you choose (I think for you maybe 1500-1550, but it's up to you). Make sure to work out maybe three times a week (more if you want to consume more calories). Do things like crunches, running/walking on a treadmill, jog in place, squats, weights. All of this should help you lose some weight, tone up, and look good for your first day of 8th grade. Good Luck. Email me if you have questions or anything,
