Breakfast: Low fat Cereal with Low fat yoghurt
Lunch: Small Jacket potato and salad
Afternoon snack: Small handful of fruit
Dinner: Soup, or, Small grilled piece of meat and salad
Snack: Fruit or Slimfast desert!.

here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet!. start your
meal with a soup or a huge salad!. this fills u up!. Make sure your plate has
this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb, 25% protein!.this will prevent cravings too!.an
occassional treat is OK!. have a snack every three hours!. fruit (ideally
berries) or soy nuts!. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. switch from
white rice and bread to brown!. eat 900gms of veggies a day!.Lose a kilo a
week!. that is permanent loss!. pick an exercise regime you like!.
get a pedometer and take 10,000 steps everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating healthy is key!. consume a little more protein (meat) than usual!. Work out helps but losing weight is about your body fat percentage!. Eating healthy is the main thing, then work out!. Two strengths when combined, result in that figure your looking for!. When you work out don't do the same routine work out everyday!. alternate between 3 days and do different things each of the three days!. like Monday do crunches, Tuesday sit ups, Wednesday go for a run!. then Thursday go back to crunches!. You can do more than one thing a day certainly but don't do the exact same workout everyday!. Your body gets use to it!. Mix things up!. Eat a healthy breakfast!. Eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice!. that sort of thing!. Just combine eating healthy with work out and you should see results in the first few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
horrible diet low fat does not help in most cases of a diet the two biggest enemys for people is high carbs, high sugars and low fiber and low protien!. your missing all protein a lot of fiber and most likely eating a lot of sugar from you cereals a lot of carbs from you potatoes!. which becomes nothing!. i would eat in the morning!. i would have a bowl of go lean crunch with yogurt instead of milk!. at lunch have fruit with some eggs!. or switch lunch around with breakfast!. dinner base it around salads and high protien meets like fish and roast beef and stuff!. so you dont eat too much carbs on probably your biggest meal!. which seems like your doing well!. and snack either that slimfast desert or just munching on that golean cerial!. then after all that go for a run and you should be great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Try burning more calories then you eat!. You say nothing about exercise!. The only way to loose weight is diet and exercise!. Try both!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i like to eat the kashi golean cereal!. also, if you can, just switch to fat-free yogurt! it comes any many great flavors!. try dannon light-n-fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
