You are not overweight!. And being super skinny is not necessarily attractive, so I'm glad you don't want to be like that!. Embrace the body you were born in! :)
To get rid of 'saddle bags' (sorry I'm not sure what you mean by that term, but I'm guessing you mean your waist!?) you should try swimming a lot, and hula-hooping, and jumping rope!. All of those help tone your body down, and make you more lean and strong!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
