Can anyone suggest some low fat snacks?!
Question: Can anyone suggest some low fat snacks!?
In the evenings after my main meal, I feel really hungry and crave snacks!. Aside from a small handful of fruit, can anyone recommend very low fat and low calorie snacks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

rye kruskits are a good alternative to crackers or saladas, and they are good with cottees diet jam, also really low in calories (about 3 calories a serve)!. if you find yourself just wanting to eat, tomatoes and carrots and strawberries are all really good for you and pretty low in calories!. if you just cant seem to get full, skull a bottle of water and you'll get too bloated to still be hungryWww@Answer-Health@Com
Protein!.!.!.!.!.have a bagel toasted with chopped chicken breast and reduced fat cheddar/feta cheese on top!. Maybe add some chopped tomato if you want!.
If having a yogurt use plain virtually fat free stuff and add chopped fruit to taste!.!.!.all of the pre made yogs are loaded with hidden sugars which plays havoc with blood sugar/insulin levels!.
If going to eat carbs eat low GI ones ie ones that are slow release!.!.!.avoid high GI/refined carbs ie sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut a pear in half put a little cinamon on it put in the oven at a medium heat for ten mins melt a little choc just a square or so and eat!!

just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs!. but i suggest you eat a bigger meal!. otherwise u will end up eating sweets and fried stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sweet chili sauce in cottage cheese use it as a dip along with carrot sticks!.
